U Studio aims to help all of our clients live the healthiest lives they can. In order to reach this goal, we offer a variety of services. We provide a health and fitness plan, and the positive reinforcement you need to make big lifestyle changes. Take a look at some of the services we offer, and please get in touch if you have any questions. Core Stability Classes

Get better strength and posture. This low-impact class uses a range of innovative equipment and your own body weight to develop a stronger core.

Better for: Strengthening your core and improving your posture

Resistance & Muscle Build Training.

Total Body Strength. Carefully designed to introduce you to proper strength training technique, Total Body Strength makes use of a full lot of equipment to target every muscle group you have in one class. This class is a perfect way to build strength while sculpting your body and helping you get leaner.

Yoga/Hot Yoga

For those who want to get into yoga to bulk up and improve their strength, Allison suggests Anusara yoga. She says it’s like lifting weights, but using body weight rather than dumbbells or barbells. Based on alignment, it’s one of the fastest-growing types of yoga in the world, she says.-Hot Yoga Studio Turned up to 75 degrees!

Boomer Fitness

Specialized classes designed for anyone new to fitness or the
50+ crowd. Learn some new fitness trends such as piloga,
seated pilates, weight training and the new equipment experiences, bone density building exercises and much more.

Fusion/Hip -Hop Dance

Hip Hop has quickly become the latest craze! This hard hitting class is filled with excitement and energy, hot moves and attitude. This fusion of hip hop and funk allows you to enhance your natural abilities while working at your own pace. Learn the newest choreography with the latest music.  This class is fun at any level!

Basic Reformer Class

This introductory session is required before taking any of our Reformer based classes. You’ll learn how to adjust the Reformer’s positions for your body to benefit most out of your sessions. You’ll also experience a workout that teaches you the Basic Principles within the essential exercises.

Personal Training/For Women

We offer Customized Personal training Programs, built to your Capability and Schedules , and all Personalized Training, comes with Customized meal Plans.
